A stunning piece made from carefully preserved Eight Spotted Skimmer Dragonfly (Libellula forensis) wings, with a singular luminescent faceted red pearl, and substantial double link silver chain. The pearl glows throughout the layers revealed by faceting. The intricate black veining preserved across the real dragonfly wing is subtle design perfection. Sterling silver spring ring clasp. The wings have been preserved through an intricate process leaving them waterproof and similar in wear and care to eyeglass lenses, while retaining the delicate edges through meticulous artisan skill.
