Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.

  • Made‑to‑order items may require additional time, typically 5–7 business days before shipping.

  • During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more (continental U.S. only).

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Overnight delivery is available only for addresses within the continental United States.

Damages & Claims

  • We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim directly with the carrier and notify us at contact@findisms.com so we can assist.

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship outside of the United States through Findisms.com..

  • Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

  • For international purchases, please visit our Etsy shop here.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery

  • We validate shipping addresses provided at checkout. If an address cannot be verified, we will attempt to contact you for correction.

  • If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information. We cannot refund or reship orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Missing or Stolen Shipments

  • If your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please notify us immediately at contact@findisms.com.

  • We will assist with carrier investigations, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
