Thank you for shopping at Isms Butterfly Conservation Art. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.


Returns

  • We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items are non‑returnable, including:

    • Made‑to‑order or customized products

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@findisms.com with your order number and reason for return. If you have an account, you can login to initiate your return. 


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you wish to exchange an item due to taste, it is at your shipping expense. 
  • If you need to exchange an item, email us at contact@findisms.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at contact@findisms.com.

  • Save all packaging materials and provide photos if possible to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Non‑Delivery or Lost Packages

  • If your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us right away.

  • We will assist with carrier investigations, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.
