Real butterfly wing earrings in the tiniest size. Made from carefully preserved real Anthocharis cardamines butterfly wings, commonly known as the Falcate Orange Tip Butterfly. An elegant earring with graceful sterling silver geometric swirl design, and pure white wings that dance and sway. Get them in full light, and their opalescent effects are stunning. Sterling silver French ear wires. Ultra light weight.
The wings have been preserved through an intricate process leaving them waterproof and similar in wear and care to eyeglass lenses, while retaining the delicate edges through meticulous artisan skill.
